Situated in the heart of a lively Sarajevo neighborhood, our journey with this space began as a love on first sight.  Inspired by the space and it’s industrial heritage, we adopted a factory-like work rhythm. We wanted not just to preserve its timeless charm but to weave a new function seamlessly into its aged beauty.

Fast forward through the chaos of design decisions, and voilà! We birthed a coworking space so fabulous, even the grumpy cat is doing a little happy dance. Now, get ready for a tour!

We are proud to say that we designed 1800m2 of coworking heaven! More than just desks and chairs, this is a self-contained city catering to every nuance of user’s workday.

As you navigate through Ters Streets, Ters Square, Ters Factory (a nod to our industrial roots), Ters Lab (a serene office retreat), and Bazaar (our unique relaxation corner), you’ll feel the heartbeat of creativity pulsating in every corner.

The public zone is more than a workspace – it’s a communal space, blurring boundaries with outdoor elements, welcoming you with  elements that you usually find in the street: urban lighting, benches, and a place to park your trusty bike. Ters Factory proudly showcases the hall’s industrial heritage, preserving original features and incorporating industrial materials.

Need a serene space to work? Enter Ters Lab, where pastels and cozy furnishings create a haven for focused productivity. For those moments of recharge, Bazaar beckons with a central activity hub and Eastern bazaar-inspired cabins for a bit of seclusion.

Our color palette, adorned with brand yellow and calming turquoise, isn’t just for show – it’s the essence of a vibrant, comfortable coworking experience.
