01. Intro

Situated in the enchanting city of Velika Kladusa, perched delicately on the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina, our latest architectural endeavor is a testament to the fusion of tradition and modernity. Nestled in the city center, it beckons to the citizens, especially those in the diaspora, with its allure as a thriving urban sanctuary.

Our journey in this project began with exploration of the urban topography. Embracing the challenge of varied street heights, we devised seamless solutions to ensure a harmonious blend of accessibility for both cars and pedestrians.

02. City's gateway

As one of the first buildings that greet individuals entering the country, our design draws inspiration from the round walls that surround the city tower, most famous city landmark. However, our approach goes beyond mere homage; we strive to create a distinctive landmark at the entrance of the city, that captures attention and leaves a lasting impression.

This building stands as more than just a structure—it becomes a symbol, a mark of distinction that adds a touch of elegance to the city’s gateway.

03. Turning constraints into features

However, the true test arose in the form of a square location with considerable depth, prompting us to innovate. The solution emerged in the form of indoor yards, transforming what seemed like an obstacle into a distinctive feature. This marked a pivotal moment where urban challenges became the catalyst for unique, forward-thinking design and turned a potential constraint into a distinctive feature.
