Departing from traditional vertical divisions, Villa Austin 1 boldly adopts a horizontal axis, affording each unit a comprehensive terrace and absolute autonomy of use.

A primary project objective is to steer clear of direct comparisons between units, accentuating their unique advantages. The upper unit offers a secluded retreat with unparalleled sea views, prioritizing privacy. Meanwhile, the lower unit provides convenient street access, a private pool, and a sauna, seamlessly blending comfort with luxury.

This approach results in units that, when considered individually, evoke a sense of peaceful havens. Yet, collectively, they contribute to a visually cohesive identity, forming a unified structure.
